We recently tried some chocolates from Troffle and they truly are exquisite. The unique flavours, including Moroccan Mint, Hazelnut, Lime and Basil, Mandarin and Ginger (my favourite) and many more, taste so fresh. I can honestly say that these are some of the nicest chocolates I have ever tasted, and I have tasted a LOT of chocolates!
So why are Troffle chocolates so different? Troffle starts with raw and natural ingredients, and do not use essences or concentrates; basically, no artificial anything. They infuse their ingredients in syrups and fresh cream to create and blend the flavours.
Once the infusion has taken place, Troffle uses fresh cream ganache, caramel or light sugar fondant fillings to complement their flavours, and covers them with their signature 72% dark chocolate. Oh my goodness it’s good.
Cocoa butter patterns pressed onto the chocolate whilst it’s still warm create the stunning decoration. So clever!
These beautiful chocolates make fabulous wedding favours. Troffle offers little boxes of two chocolates for just £3.50. This includes your own design on the box and your choice of flavours and patterns, with 18 to choose from.
