Hen and Stag Parties with a Difference

Forget letting your stag or hen night go with a trip to the local boozer or a pub-crawl followed by a kebab. Today, it’s about being creative, getting a little originality and style into your last night of freedom and giving you a send off you’ll never forget or remember!

Becki Hughson, an organiser of stag and hen parties says: “Long gone are the pub crawls around your local town. Expectations of an action packed weekend away with your friends past and present are the norm. The weekend is a great opportunity to catch up with friends you have not seen for years and relive old stories. Best men and chief bridesmaids have their chance to earn their respected positions by looking after the drunken groom or bride. So a pub crawl around your local boozers does not seem to do this unique send off much justice.”

More and more people are jetting off to popular destinations including Prague, Dublin, Amsterdam and even New York, with a variety of breaks to sample new food and drink, or explore a part of the world you may not have been to before.

Closer to home, there is the chance to get your adrenaline pumping by going cliff jumping in Cornwall, quad biking in North Wales, or of course the ever popular paintballing in Herefordshire. For hens, if you do not fancy action packed breaks, there are more tranquil pamper weekends on offer, staying in country retreats or in lively city centres like Edinburgh or London – in fact the weekend can be tailored to suit most tastes, keeping the stag & hen happy.

With so much choice your last weekend of freedom has never looked so good; people are getting married just for the stag or hen celebrations!
