What Information Should I Send with My Wedding Invitations?
When sending your wedding invitations, make sure you include an RSVP card so that your guests can let you know they are coming. You can help them by including an envelope for this and pre-labeling it with your address. Some couples go as far as including a stamp on the envelope too! RSVP's should include space for your guests to let you know of any dietary requirements they may have.

The wedding invitation sets the tone for your big day, so we like to encourage clients to include information on what interesting things might be going on at the wedding. For instance you may have arranged a special bus ride from the church to the reception or have a band playing. What's most useful though is to help your guests with information that almost all of them will need like local hotels, how to get there, is there a dress code, addresses of wedding and reception with post codes for sat navs (it's good to double check these are accurate). Some clients also include information about their wedding gift list or how to donate if they are raising money for a charitable cause instead of accepting presents.

Weddings often have other activities planned for guests, so an information card detailing the itinerary can also be helpful. Try to keep all of the information together in one place so your guests don't lose any of it and can easily bring it along to the wedding. When it comes to thinking about what information to send along with your wedding invitations try to keep it really simple, think of questions like What, When, Where and How. The Why is obvious: Because you love each other.
