Hi everyone I’m Lester, Director of No.10 Wedding Design & Management. When I founded my company at the beginning of 2008 I had one aim in mind, which was to provide an excellent service and to exceed my client’s expectations. My previous experience was acquired by working for a well established wedding planning company, which gave me an insight into what could be achieved, whether it be a wedding, civil partnership or a private event; but I wanted more!  Spurred on by the positive comments from clients, I made the momentous decision to make my own mark on the world of wedding and event planning.

Friendly, enthusiastic and approachable are just some of the words that have been used to describe me by my clients, I have a passion for this industry so only the best will do for them. Professional, with an almost obsessive eye for detail I am the exception rather than the rule when it comes to wedding and event planning.

With a background of more than 20 years spent working in sales, marketing and management, I felt that I was perfectly placed, when I decided to embark on a challenging new career. My experience of customer service is second to none; I have the ability to instill confidence in my clients and an eye for detail with a very practical desire to get the job done. All this experience comes in to play when pulling an event together. Translating a client’s vision into something truly spectacular is my goal and therefore I am the natural choice for today’s stylish couples.
