Queen for More than a Day - Tiaras

There is something very special about wearing a tiara that makes every woman feel like royalty.  It takes us back to our childhood fantasies of princess crowns, and for many women their most romantic and glamorous dreams come true when they walk up the aisle wearing one.

A tiara endorses a bride’s status as queen for the day, and sets her apart from her normal life and the friends and family at her wedding.  Wouldn’t it be great to bottle that feeling, and keep it to hand to crack open when life isn’t looking so rosy?

It may be simpler than you think.  You’ve heard the one about standing up when you make a difficult phone call.  Well, next time try wearing your tiara.  I know a woman who swears by this as a guaranteed way to coolly assert herself in tricky situations, and the person on the other end of the phone will never know.

Next, consider your relaxing bath after a long, tiring day. You have the candles, the bath oil, the chocolates, the glass of wine – surely the one thing missing to make the occasion ludicrously self-indulgent is the twinkly headdress.

I’m not suggesting you go to Waitrose wearing it, but long after the wedding dress has been consigned to the loft, the trusty tiara will still fit, and will still offer you an instant confidence boost whenever you wear it.  Try it when you need a lift, and feel like a queen for more than a day.
