Wearing Pearls with Your Wedding Outfit
Pearls come in several different shades so it’s important to check to see which one works best with the colour of your dress. You can also get different types of pearls including fresh water pearls and salt water pearls which can either be natural or cultured. These are probably the most popular types of pearls and they can be distinguished by the irregular (fresh water) or regular (salt water) shape. You can also choose from coin pearls which are normally round and flat or seed pearls which are often a lot smaller and more oval in shape.
All of the pearls mentioned can make gorgeous wedding jewellery, and the type that you choose may be dependent on whether you are going for a more relaxed or traditional look. The rounder pearls tend to look more traditional, whilst the more irregular types help to create a more relaxed look, perfect for a garden style wedding or a wedding on a beach or abroad.
