Exercises That Help You Get Sexy Toned Arms in a Fortnight

Exercises That Help You Get Sexy Toned Arms in a Fortnight

Get toned arms and banish upper arm jiggle for your wedding day with our easy four-point exercise plan that you can do in the comfort of your living room.

Exercise 1 – Floor Tricep Dip

Sit on the floor and lean backwards with your knees bent and arms behind you. Your elbows should be bent with your fingers pointing towards your toes. Bend your elbows and lower your body towards the floor before straightening your arms and returning to your start position. Start with 2 sets of 8-10 repetitions.

Exercise 2 – Single-Arm Extensio

Start from a standing position holding a dumbbell or bottle of water in one hand with your arm extended upward. Slowly bend your elbow to lower the weight behind your neck using your other arm to steady the movement if required. Then straighten your arm back to your starting position and repeat. Aim for 2 sets of 15 repetitions.

Exercise 3 – Bicep Curl

Stand with a weight held horizontally in each hand with an underhand grip. Slowly curl your arms into your chest keeping the weights close to your sides. Then lower the weights down to their original position and repeat. Aim for 2-3 sets of 12-15 repetitions.

Exercise 4 – Military Press

From a standing position, hold a weight in each hand and bend your arms at shoulder height so that they’re forming a ‘W’ shape. Push the weights straight up above your head then lower back down to your starting position. Do 2 sets of 20.
