About Us

Hailing from Alaska, Michelle began playing the harp at age 7 under the instruction of her professional harpist grandmother, whose beautiful Wurlitzer harp she now performs on. Michelle performed Debussy’s Dances Sacred et Profane for her senior concerto concert, then became harpist for the Anchorage Symphony Orchestra and the Anchorage Opera performing The Merry Wives of Windsor, Die Fledermaus, and Lucia di Lammermoor. At Christmas Michelle annually played in the Nutcracker orchestra for the Anchorage Ballet Theatre and Benjamin Brittan’s Ceremony of Carols with the Anchorage Community Chorus.

Michelle performs around Birmingham and the West Midlands for weddings, funerals, product launches and corporate events.

She is a regular at many of the local hotels for weddings, Christmas and Valentine’s parties, and has received many wonderful comments from happy clients:

“Michelle – Thank you for making my cocktail party such a success. Your gorgeous harp music added so much more than a CD ever could; the ladies were still talking about it weeks afterward!” C. North

“I’m delighted to report that your artistic contribution to the wedding was judged to be a great success! That you chose the music aptly and performed it professionally was a given. For me, the ‘added value’ was that you arrived, performed and departed with an absolute minimum of fuss. To anyone organizing a busy event that counts for a lot. Thank you.” G. Green

“Michelle – thank you so much for being a part of our wedding.  Your harp playing added such a beautiful ambiance to the day.  We received so many compliments on the music – guess we picked the right pieces in the end! “  L & G Wroe

“Thank you so much for playing at Claire and Carl’s wedding on Sunday. Claire was thrilled with her surprise – and we have had so many lovely comments from our guests saying how beautiful the music was! For us the highlight was when you invited our beautiful granddaughter to help you play Twinkle Twinkle Little Star! We were delighted you played for us and were part of our special day.” Jean and Roy
